ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp/SMS. You can use the tracking number to monitor your package in real time.

HOW TO SHOP ONLINE?

Browse our collection, select your preferred size and quantity, add the item to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Complete the payment or choose Cash on Delivery (if available) to place your order.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER BEING CONFIRMED?

After your order is confirmed, our team starts processing it immediately. Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 working hours.

INCONSISTENT ORDER

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or incomplete item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will assist you with the resolution.

I RECEIVED MY ORDER AFTER GETTING A REFUND. WHAT CAN I DO?

In rare cases, if your refunded order is delivered afterward, please contact us. Our team will guide you regarding the next steps.

WHAT IF THE PACKAGE IS HELD BY CUSTOMS?

For international orders, customs procedures may occasionally cause delays. Any customs duties or taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 working hours. Once shipped, delivery generally takes 2–3 business days, depending on your location.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Yes. Changes to size, address, or other details can be made only before dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Your order number is mentioned in the confirmation email and order confirmation message sent after placing your order.

DO YOU DELIVER ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS?

Delivery services may be limited during public holidays. In such cases, your order will be delivered on the next working day.

IS NEXT-DAY DELIVERY AVAILABLE ON ALL ORDERS?

Currently, next-day delivery is not available for all locations. Standard delivery timelines apply to most orders.

DO I NEED TO BE THERE TO SIGN FOR DELIVERY?

No signature is generally required. However, someone should be available at the delivery address to receive the package.
